What you buy here

Single family homes in gated and controlled access neighborhoods, many on larger lots than the coastal districts allow. Neighborhood reputations matter, and we describe them only from verified facts, so ask us about a specific street.

What to verify in Guaynabo

  • Controlled access: gated, guarded, or neither, and the association fee
  • Generator and cistern; hillside homes can depend more on pumps
  • Slope, drainage, and retaining walls
  • Commute times to schools and offices at rush hour
  • Interior area versus terraces and pool decks
